Pantera pulled no punches on 'The Great Southern Trendkill,' one of the most intense and hardest-hitting albums the group ever recorded; which is saying something. Released in 1996, the album reached #4 on the Billboard Top 200 chart, and went on to become Pantera's fourth consecutive platinum release.

The album turns 20 this year and to mark the occasion Rhino will release a single LP entitled 'The Great Southern Outtakes,' which features 10 of the unreleased tracks taken from the 2CD 'The Great Southern Trendkill (20th Anniversary Edition)' set.

After Pantera topped the album charts in 1994 with 'Far Beyond Driven,' Philip Anselmo, Rex Brown, Dimebag Darrell, and Vinnie Paul returned two years later with the dark, unrelenting and highly personal music heard on 'The Great Southern Trendkill.'

The record stayed on the charts for more than three months and produced three singles: "Drag The Waters," "Suicide Note Pt. 1," and fan favorite "Floods," a power ballad that includes an epic guitar solo that showcases Dimebag's fretboard wizardry and is considered by many to be his finest.

A1 The Great Southern Trendkill (2016 Mix)
A2 War Nerve (Live '98)
A3 Drag The Waters (Early Mix)
A4 10's (Early Mix)
A5 13 Steps To Nowhere (Instrumental Version)
B1 Suicide Note Pt. II (Live '98)
B2 Living Through Me (Hell's Wrath) (Instrumental Version)
B3 Floods (Early Mix)
B4 The Underground In America (Early Mix)
B5 (Reprise) Sandblasted Skin (Live '98)
