2016 Collection of 12 Newly Recorded Classic Rockers from Kiss Guitarist's Formative Years featuring Paul Stanley, Slash, Lita Ford, John 5 & Mike McCready!

Hot on the platform boot heels of his 2014 induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Ace Frehley returns with Origins Vol. 1, a collection of 12 newly recorded classic rockers from the maverick guitarist's formative years featuring some of the biggest names in music. Most notably, Kiss frontman Paul Stanley joins Ace on Free's cult hit "Fire and Water." This collaboration marks the first time that Ace and Paul appear on the same studio recording since Kiss' 1998 reunion albumPsycho Circus.

Other guests are none other than Slash trading leads on Thin Lizzy's classic "Emerald," Lita Ford singing and playing lead on The Troggs #1 smash hit "Wild Thing," Rob Zombie guitarist John 5 plays guitar alongside Ace as he sings his classicKiss composition "Parasite" for the very first time, as well as Jimi Hendrix's "Spanish Castle Magic." Pearl Jam's Mike McCready also plays guitar with Ace as he finally sings his Kiss Alive! mainstay "Cold Gin." Ace's cover of Cream's "White Room" is also an instant gratification.

Origins Vol. 1 serves as the follow up to 2014's Space Invader, Frehley's first studio album in five years. The LP debuted at #9 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart, scoring the highest charting position of any Kiss solo album ever, and marked Frehley's first return to the Top 10 since the aforementioned Psycho Circus.
